I am a disabled army vet on a limited income who was sent the wrong software, thinking I was purchasing Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Web Premium. David Thompson who sold me the software over the phone took my 2 credit cards and charged me $628.99 shipping included then sent me the CS5 version that others sell over the internet for $139 free shipping. I called him and told him that he sent me the wrong version and he said it was the same thing exept for a couple buttons, wow a quick $489.99 off me! .

It turns out that the company who sold me the software, gave me good information. There might have been a misunderstanding at the time but the price was fair for what I received. I wanted to take back what I wrote about this company soon after it happened. I would purchase from them again. I think what happened was partly my fault.

If the company would mail me a coupon for the cs6 web premium upgrade. I would purchase it from them. I was learning cs5.5 on my own when I upgraded and couldn't find any tutorials on it. This company mentioned that and I should have listened to them. There were plenty of cs5 tutorials around which is what they had sent me. I want to say I'm sorry to the company. I would buy again because the company is very helpful and I misunderstood them.

I upgraded to CS5.5 and I didn't pay more than anyone else over all at the time and I am happy.

One of our foremost goals at Little Soft Shop is to make our customers happy and we go above and beyond to make that happen when it is reasonably possible. Our record of customer service and selling authentic software is verified by our satisfied customers who can be read about here:

http://www.resellerratings.com/store/Little_Soft_Shop

After this customer ordered Adobe Web Premium CS5 and activated it successfully with the included serial key he proceded to use the software for a month before calling to ask for an upgrade to CS5.5. He was told that our clear policies on the Little Soft Shop website state that we don't accept returns after 30 days and only on unopened software. As you can see in the image the customer posted the software was opened and not eligible for a return.

I worked with the customer for a long time to even place his order in the first place since he wanted to use two credit cards which the site won't allow. Having to key this order in directly into the credit card processor we use added to the risk that we gladly took that this would be a fraudulent order. That was the extent we were willing to go to assist the customer to place his order.

In regard to other versions of this software being sold for $139 online. Those are only Student and Teacher versions which you must directly communicate with Adobe to register and prove by identification that you are a student or a teacher. Little Soft Shop sells the academic versions of the software NOT the Student & Teacher versions so you can't find those online for $139. We have a very simple video on our Youtube channel explaining what types of software we sell and it is also on our policies page of the website.

We are very sorry that this one customer wasn't satisfied with his order. We appreciate the feedback from you and will try to use it to make the buying experience even better in the future for all of our happy customers.

#4Consumer Suggestion

You were defrauded, plain and simple. Tell the CC company they sent you a product you did not order. Doesn't matter if its already been opened. Merchants accept this risk by taking verbal orders over the phone. If he would have sent you an accurate, written description of the product you would have never purchased it.
