My 1st mortgage was transferred to Litton. In Sept. 2005, after the hurricanes and the gas prices soared, my husband's work suffered terribly. I called Litton to explain and asked to make payment arrangements. They sent us the paperwork, which was signed and returned, we made the required payment which put us in one 30 day late status. We started receiving phone calls and certified letters threating default and foreclosure. We fully intended to keep our agreement with the payment agreemement, too bad companies like Litton can't seem to do what they offer and promise. We borrowed money from family to make payment completely current and have stayed that way. Litton still calls and wants to know if we intend to honor the payment agreement (even though it has expired). Melissa B. Elk Grove, CA

I am my cousin are victims of Litton Loan Servicer,LP tryed to foreclose on my home, but was unsucessful. However, they did foreclose and auctioned off my cousin's home, refuse to let me save his home and has engaged in foreclosure thievery. I was wondering if I could possibly get in touch with Janet of Pasadena to get more information on her court case. I am trying to reach victims in the Baltimore, Maryland area who may have information on a good attorney to who deal in mortgage/foreclosure fraud to take my case. So far I have been unsuccessfuly in locating a pro bono attorney. Is there any attorney out there that can contact Rip-off Report so they will put you in contact with us? Thanks!
