Livepcexperts247 Tech from company, talked to my wife. Said he wanted our computer to be opened. Internet
An individual from the company, livepcexperts247.com, called my home for no reason. I was not available and he spoke to my wife saying that he wanted our compuiter to be open so that he could get on it. His name he said was "William". He did not ask for our account number or identify himself in any way and would not give her a reason to be on our computer "None". This is not what I call secure business in dealing with our business transactions that we have on our computer. I want to cancel my contract with them and have my premium ($299.95) refunded. We will see if that ever happens. All I got from them was lip.
