LLTEK Motorsports Deceptive tactics, price gouging, hidden 28% restocking policy, attempted to cancel order 54 minutes after placed Montreal Internet
Buyers beware of this company. I attempted to cancel an order 54 minutes after it was placed after I realized that they were charging twice the price of the same item at many other online retailers. If you try to cancel the order, they will hit you with a 28% "restocking fee" which is hidden in their terms and conditions. I didn't get to read or agree to these terms because I placed a phone order and the representative (who appears to be the owner) did not mention anything about their return policy. I will be disputing the 28% fee with my bank and I should get it back.
I am hoping this review saves anyone the trouble of wasting their time and money with a company that is not transparent with their policies and engages in price gouging tactics.
