LM Designing Lisa Munoz Unable to Deliver - I Do Not Trust Them Los Angeles, California
They required a deposit to start work, the work was not completed, improperly completed or provided differently then originally contracted with no credit for work not delivered or change in scope. I want my money refunded.
The facts are as follows: Contracted for graphic art services to include a logo, business card, brochure and a web site. This is the status of deliverables. Logo proofs delivered none approved, they used my art work. Business Card no proof, no business card delivered. Brochure no proof, no brochure delivered.
Web Site 16 pages of original art work and 7 pages delivered based on template that I had to purchase twice and they failed to replace placeholder language in the privacy statement which portrays a very unprofessional image for my company. I do not trust them to complete the work and request a refund of $1387.50 which is one half of the contracted amount and a fair settlement.
