Loan Shop Online They have been taking unauthorized payments out of my checking accounts. The bank charges fees each time it's not cleared. My bank of america account is overdrawn $1200 due to them and $35 OD fees. Unfair Service that takes advantage of consumers Wilton, New York

On 12/24/08 I applied for a pay day loan with Loan Shop Online. Though the loan has not been paid in full yet, it has accrued interest and my balance is now $840. They continually put payments through my checking accounts at their own leisure with no assuance or payment arrangements made with me. When I have no cash in my account, I get charged overdrawn fees.
My Bank of America account checking account is now $1200 overdrawn due to the constant unauthorized withdrawls they have made and the bank had charged $35 for each withdrawl the loan shop made an attempt to pull from my account. Sometimes, they would try to withdraw funds more then once a day or several times in one week.
Since then, bank of america has closed my account and reported me to the credit bureau and I am unable to open any other checking account now. Most of debt from this account is from the $35 Insuffienct fund fees as a result of the Loan Shop continually making daily and weekly unauthorized EFT withdrawls from my account in order for them to get their money. Now they continue to do the same with another checking account I have not authorized them to take any money from me and have not made payment arrangement with them to give them permission to take money from my account but they continue to do it at their leisure. II have paid many $20 ISF fees with my second account as well as they still attempt to take money out. The amount of money they choose to take varies from $90.00 to $350. Again, no payment arrangement has been made to authorize them to do this.
I would like this to stop because I feel they have violated the Fair Collection Laws with me and I don't know how I will even begin to clear my account with The Bank of America since the debt is so high. I feel very much taken advantage of at this point in time and I do not know what to do about it either and how to stop it. If anything, I would like all the $35 ISF fees refunded to my Bank of America account to help me settle my debt with them.

GROCERY STORE and get a 'money order' to pay your bills from now on. You'll NEVER experience another OVERDRAFT FEE again, right?
No one really NEEDS a checking account, correct? Simply take cash into a grocery store & get a 'money order' if you need to pay a bill, and mail it via Post Office. The banks are obviously still in DEEP financial trouble because they still have all of those TOXIC ASSETS on their balance sheets, right?
The 'TARP' money didn't go to buy these TOXIC ASSETS, correct? It was injected into the banks and the banks now have that money in their vaults, right? It's as if the government knows that these banks would have failed, but the FDIC isn't big enough to save these LARGE banks, so it INJECTED the money into these banks to avert another DEPRESSION.
Most people believe that the stock market crash of 1929 caused the DEPRESSION. However, the stock market crash wasn't the cause of the depression in the early 1930's. It DID cause a recession, but the FAILURE of a LARGE bank in Europe was the CAUSE of the Great Depression! So, if the government had allowed Bank of America, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase, & others to fail, we would have gone into another DEPRESSION, wouldn't you agree?
Ben Bernanke told a group at a Town Hall meeting a few weeks ago that the FAILURE of a LARGE bank in Europe was the CAUSE of the DEPRESSION in the early 1930's. He said that the stock market crash was the cause of the recession, & not the cause of the depression. I believe that these banks are NOT telling the entire truth, and the TOXIC ASSETS are much greater than we're being told. They are making money in any way possible. Charging consumers multiple OVERDRAFT FEES is just one of the ways they're doing it, right?
GET ALL OF YOUR MONEY OUT of any Publicly Held bank now! And if you're unable to get another checking account, WHO CARES? 'Money Orders' work fine when you need to pay a bill, and you'll NEVER experience another OVERDRAFT FEE again.
