Complaint Review: loanmod-gov.net - San Antonio Texas Internet

Before anyone jumps to conclusions based on the assumption that the gentleman posted about my ownership of a domain and/or company with the name loanmod-gov.net;  just call Register.com where the domain loanmod-gov.net is registered with privacy, state your name as Christopher Mallett and ask if you have ownership of the domain in question.  You WILL be told that you do not own it.  My personal information provided is for the domain name: creditcard-assistance-gov.info which is a domain name that is not active and serves no purpose.  I did a little research myself and have found that I still live in South Texas.  This text message marketing is coming from the Los Angeles, CA area.

I contacted slingshot and reported what was going on and slingshot suspended the account, but whoever is doing this has a backup server in California, so I assume that it is still going on.  I also have Register.com looking into it.  Again, the domain loanmod-gov.net does not belong to me(Christopher Mallett).  IT is registered at www.Register.com.  with a private registration. Before trying to reach me, please try doing a little more research besides this. 

Call up register.com and tell them that you are getting calls from people who are receiving spam texts.  Use my name, tell them your name is Christopher Mallett and you need to know if someone falsely used your name to register the domain in question.  They will tell you that your name is not listed on there.

I wish you all the best, and some one please post it if you actually find out who is doing the text messaging.  I really would like to know for myself.  Also, the previous post that has all my personal contact information, please disregard.
