I contacted loans of America after they left a voicemail saying I've been approved for a loan up to $10,00 that I applied for only needing $2,000 for a personal loan. I received a call from Brian Murphy first stating that if I put $250 on a green dot card I will receive my loan within minutes so I added the money while on the phone with him while I was applying the money to the card. Brian then told me to wait at the bank till my loan went through and to call back after 10 minutes when I did I was told Brian Murphy was away at the moment so I talked to lance Morrison who then told me he was in charge of the company and told me that they discovered I didn't have enough credit to approve the loan and the $250 on the green dot card. He told me to add $450 to another green dot card and I'll for sure have my loan money plus the money back from the two green dot cards and he told me he talked to the credit barue and they agreed that the $450 would build up my credit enough to get accepted and approved to continue the loan process.

After i applied another $450 to a new green dot card while on the phone with lance Morrison the whole time he had me on hold for 20 minutes when I decided to just call him back after 10 minutes. Even I called back Iwas told lance Morrison was on vacation for 15 days and that I had to speak with a guy with the last name Bail I then told bail that I didn't believe lance was on a vacation cause I just talked to him 10 minutes ago then requested I talked to Brian Murphy again. Bail told me that Brian Murphy was sick and hasn't been in the office. I told him that I didn't believe that one bit because I just talked to Murphy and I asked bail what was going on with the loan and my money on both green dot cards and he told me there was a hold on the cards and the loan because of my credit. I told bail what me and lance Morrison talked about and he basically called me a liar.

I then told bail how I told Murphy and Morrison how I felt it all was a scam and they promised me it wasn't and bail continued to say in order to receive the loan I had to put another $450 on yet again another green dot card. I told bail I wasn't putting anymore money on a card and that I didn't have anymore money I just wanted the money beck put on both green dot cards and bail said in order for me to get a refund and get my money back I would have to put $450 on a new card then lowered it to $300. I then again told bail I couldn't do that because I was now broke every bit of money I had went to those cards and I now lost.

I told bail I have five kids and that money on the cards was my rent money which is past due now and was my light bill money that is on disconnect for Thursday, December 4th 2014 and I could've used that money for my kids Christmas since I don't have a job right now and that all I have is my daughter's ssi. Bail then got hateful with me after I was crying and I told him I was going to the police and he started saying it wouldn't help me none because he has documents from us, which I never seen any! I would love to get my money back and have loans of America stopped with their scamming! Who do I contact to get my money that I don't have anymore?
