They tell you that the landlords and owners of rental properties on their list prefer them and their customers, but when you call any of the property owners, they have NO IDEA who LocatorsOnline is, and do not have any affiliation with them.
The things they tell you on the phone, such as the prices and descriptions of the rental properties are vastly different than the prices on the list. The "customer service" person who responded to my e-mail left a bogus phone number.
