This company took mone out of my account when they should have never done so. I told them I wanted to cancel my policy and I was told that was fine. I month later they took money out of my account. That was when Kim said I had to come in and write a letter in order for this to happen. Nice to know now that you have taken my gas money for the week. So I did. Then I get told she is unsure how long it will take to get the money back. 2 days later Kym says I have to prove the amount cleared the account. So I sent that. She never got back with me. SHe has caller ID on her phone. Also at no time does the phone call ever say your being recorded and when I pissed her off is when she tries to tell me I am being recorded..... that is against the law. I should report this to Polk County Sheriff. Then I find out that my money actually went to Mercury Insurance and this is who has my money. This is the depaertment who she is talking to (So she says). So I call Mercury. Come to find out Kim has not been doing all the phone calls. She has her do girl doing it oo. The person at Mercury said Kim know what she is doing and she is dragging me around. So I have been dealing with Mercury directly and come to find out they needed to see the amount that was taken out and the balance when it came out. Why? What the heck does that have to do with anything you took money out of my account when I was told it would be canceled. Then this lady said she told Kim that earlier this morning. Nice because Kim is avoiding me now. So I am working only with Mercury. THen Kim said it would be put in my account the same way it was taken out..... NOPE!!!! They will sent a check..... NICE!!!! SO this whole time Kim the person I have been talking to at Lock Insurance not only was dragging my around but also LYING!!! Do not use them unless you enjoy getting screwed over!!

Well everyone..... Tomorrow is Friday the 13th (second with since this stupid a** company has done this crap) and not everyone is getting paid on time. Those who have direct deposit have already or will be getting paid tomorrow. The owners and HR (Who is married to the VP) is off tomrrow and Monday. The people who get a physical check cannot pick up their checks. If any attorney's would like to help out these works please post here and I can get you in touch with the right person. They are being told they might get their checks on Monday. If they are lucky. No one contacted anyone. If anyone works for this company is asking for it. We cannot confront HR because they live with the vice president. So how do you report this? You cannot. These workers deserve better and need more than what they are getting which as of right now is nothing. SOme of these people still have not found jobs. Some are single parents and some have kids on the way. How the he!! can someone do this to someone is beyond me. Somone needs some KARMA up their a**!!!
