United States of America#2UPDATE Employee

Hi there,
I am a current employee of Logistics Advertising Inc, I have been around for a very long time, seen people come and go. There are people made for this business and other are not fit for it. We have plenty of successful employees here.
I have heard plenty of stuff about the company is completely RIDICULOUS... Logistics has NOTHING TO DO WITH ANY OF THOSE OTHER COMPANIES LISTED IN THIS POST, OR THE OTHER POSTS LISTED. I have heard of cydcor / dsmax and a few of the other companies this person lists, but I don't know why they put Logistics's name in the mix with those companies. Its not fair or even credible to tie Logistics into it.
These people have clearly never worked at Logistics or they would never have posted this, and look at the people that work there... let me know if it looks like they don't like what they do for a living. Now I'm not saying those other companies arent shady to be honest I don't know, they may very well be. But what is mentioned in the title has nothing to do with Redline Executives. Everyone that works at Redline loves there job, the atmosphere, the management, their paychecks, and its one of the most motivated staff of people Ive ever met!
The reality is that everything that is mentioned in those posts has no relation and doesn't even slightly resemble what it is that we do at Logistics. It honestly looks like this person just spammed there resume' a million places and
confused Logistics for one of those other companies they spammed. It doesn't even sound like he went to the interview cause what Logistics does is SOOOO different than what is stated. Once again im not saying, these posts
aren't correct, I am just saying that Logistics isnt associated with what is being said here.
Let me start with some FACTS
- Logistics IS NOT a door to door or business to business company, nor telemarketing.
- Logistics DOES NOT sell any sort of make up or cosmetics products, nor wax, or home goods, medical pendants, perfumes
- Logistics WILL NOT guarantee you 30-40k per year, you can earn it but they will not guarantee it, it is performance based and the average person makes over
$400 / week... ASK TO SEE THERE PAYSTUB IF YOU GET A 2ND INTERVIEW... the proof is in the paystub.
- We get paid every Friday with a real PAYCHECK with a PAYSTUB and taxes come out, you can pick it up Monday between the hours of 12 pm and 5pm.
- We do all our Promotional events at Sites that are paid rent, and set up weeks in advance (it's like working a trade show type of event)
- They will not offer you a 2nd interview if you are not a people person, uncomfortable dealing with the public, are socially awkward, prefer a desk job or office position, have a bad attitude, are super skeptical, or seem lazy. IF
SEEMS LIKE YOUR NOT INTERESTED THEY WON"T CALL YOU BACK IN! (why would they waste their time, your clearly not going to do this anyway)
- You must pass a background check to work at Logistics (No Felonies)
- The 2nd interview is ONE HOUR!! it IS NOT 8 hours or a full day. You meet a trainer at an event and there are 2 parts to it. Part 1 you observe for 30 mins, Part 2 you sit down for 30 mins and break down hours, pay, advancement,
scheduling, and open it to any questions you have.
- The Opportunity to grow is based on QUALIFICATIONS. If you hit the qualifications you get promoted.
Let me leave on this, IF YOU LISTEN TO UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE, YOU WILL STAY UNEMPLOYED. I challenge anyone who is applying to Logistics to go to the interview TRY YOUR HARDEST to get the job and be invited back. and work there
for 2 weeks... if youre not picking it up or aren't performing well and making good money then quit... the worst thing that happens is you end up making a few hundred bucks and your back at your computer looking for jobs again... lets be honest for a second, does being unemployed pay very well?? And do most companies pay you for interviews? so is continuing to look for jobs paying your bills? so what do you really have to lose in giving it or any other
job a shot if offered? Remember the only way to prove the system wrong is to do it 100% right. and don't just take my word for it, I am one of 27 employeeslucky enough and talented enough to be and stay a part of Logistics's team.
TO SAVE YOU SOME TIME THOUGH, DO NOT APPLY if you arent comfortable with people, are trying to do the least amount of work to make the most amount of money, arent comfortable being active, don't like having fun or dealing with people, or are only looking for an office job (*unless they specify office positions are open).
DO APPLY if you are the person who always outworks everyone at your current job but don't get rewarded for it. DO APPLY if you are a stong communicator with a great attitude. DO APPLY if you like to have fun and meet new people. DO APPLY if your open to learning something new and want guidance to help you find a new path.
I HOPE THIS HELPS CLEAR THINGS UP!!

It is strange because I worked for logistics for two months. It was not a great job. I stood from 7am until 930pm for six days a week. I don't have a car so I was using public transportation.
I think that I heard about you while I was working there. The lie about the pay was the worst. I am good at selling, but all that standing was exhausting and took a toll. Half the money I made was spent on coffee to stay awake and a lot getting to and from work, barely had enough to cover my bills.
A pure commission job is not worth it, not even in this economy. Having people yell at me, cuss at me, and working in the getto. I lived in South Sac for a a long time, and there are places you don't go at night...Then having to work there until 730 at night. That is just worng.
When I quit, it seemed like it was falling a part, but who knows. Maybe she will find some more suckers. But I think she needs to think about the way she runs her business.
