Lone Star R.v. Sales failed to honor warrentee work on r.v. ripoff Houston Texas
Bought r.v. on 30march06 new, took it out first time on 31may06 several problems were noticed, the major one being a cracked shower stall. We contacted them when we returned and was told they would have to replace this stall and it would take 3-4 weeks to get it in.
Our next trip was in 4july06 and discovered yet another major problem, a water leak in the kitchen. After waiting 6-7weeks we called them back and they told us they were only going to gel coat the shower and not replace it.
They promised us good service when we bought from them, but all we are getting is a run-a-round. We have contacted the manufactor of this r.v. and they want it fixed.
