Lonestar Engine Installation Center RIPOFF PAID FOR MOTOR AND A/C INSTALL PAID FOR REPAIRS AFTER A 22 DAY WAIT ON REPAIRS PAID EXTRA FOR AC THEY ROLLED IT OUT AND I FOUND ALL MY AC PARTS IN BACK OF CAR I INFORMED mgr. MANAGER RAPHEL SAID THAT WAS'NT THE DEAL BUT I HAD A CONTRACT SHOWING PRICE AND WHAT TO BE DONE HE SAID THATS TOO BAD BEWARE Dallas Texas
PAID FOR MOTOR AND A/C INSTALL, PAID FOR REPAIRS AFTER A 22 DAY WAIT ON REPAIRS ,PAID EXTRA FOR A/C TO WK. THEY ROLLED IT OUT AND THERE I FOUND ALL MY A/C PARTS IN BACK OF CAR! NOT INSTALLED, I INFORMED mgr. A/C NOT REPAIRED AND THERE WAS NOW A LG. DENT IN MY DOOR,, MANAGER RAPHEL SAID THAT WAS'NT THE DEAL,, BUT I HAD A CONTRACT SHOWING PRICE AND WHAT TO BE DONE,, HE SAID THATS TOO BAD! BEWARE!
I paid fora a long block installed by these people and a/c parts that i supplied, installed and charged up,and thats how the contract is wrote, they stated a 5 day wk. period, after 22 days of waiting i went to get car. They rolled it out of shop only after i would pay, I asked if all repairs were complete,they stated yes, as i got into van, there was a new dent in the door! the a/c would'nt blow at all!a/c parts not installed ! the boxes were in back of the van,so i opened them ,,all the parts were still new,in the boxes , i got with manager and other office personel,, said they never agreed to install these items! but they wrote up the contract and took my money for doing it!,, now they are hanging up on me and will not give the diffrence back in refund! they got my cash and i got ripped off!!!! beware,,, i am also going to file a complaint with the BETTER.BUISNESS.BEAURO,,,, BEWARE! Bad neighborhood and a bad motor buisness to go with it!
