I have a loan with labc also, and have went thru the same thing with the company they are not understanding of financial problems, I guess the figure that they have the job that you also should have one. I had to demand on a daily basis for the deferment and finally after calling daily I finally got actually two because I have been with them for over 2 years. You have to bug them like they bug you for their payment. I have been threatened they will repo my truck and all of the good things the company is known to do. There are a couple of employee that I work with are compasionate about financial problems. Hopefully you will get them sometime, the one guy that I work with alot is Luis 1.888.755.7240 ext 2190 he is very fair. Good luck on your adventure with the finance co from HELL.
