I paid my bill on 2/21/02 via phone (by check). I get home yesterday (3/6/02) and my daughter relays a message that LBAC had called twice, and were very nasty, refused to say why they were calling, and told my daughter "She had better call before tomorrow". I have a statement showing they received my payment by phone. I then checked my bank and found they did not process the payment I had given them by phone. My statement from the DOES reflect they received a payment. I called them and had to leave a voicemail. They had BETTER not show a late payment on my account!
