I have been a customer of LBAC now for almost 2 years, my payments have always been on time if not early and I always have paid extra on my account.

In January a check had been returned, as soon as I found out about it I contacted LBAC and squared the situation away...soI thought! Since they only do western union which is not only costly but a royal pain, I had no choice but to send a money order. The very next day after speaking with a company representative I recievd a very embarrassing telephone call at my work place and my husbands work place. We both work for the government and to have a company calling your place of business to let you know that they are collecting a debt is not a good thing.

I became very upset and asked why I was receiving this call to begin with and why I am being harrassed at work when this situation was taken care of already. Needless to say the person on the phone was very rude. When I contacted my bank to see if the check had tried to go through they told me no such transaction took place.

This company needs to have other ways to pay besides western union, they need to get with the times. Most places take debit/check cards and also have automated phone systems to take your payments at any given time. Instead I have to sit on the phone for 10-20 minutes until someone can take the payment.

Watch out for this company they are very sneaky and under handed. I currently am looking into taking my automobile loan to a more reputable company.
