Long star engine installation center, rafael sanchez i called lone star engine to see if they can rebuilt my motor on 1/29/2016 bring my 2008 Ford Mustang in to get my motor rebuilt on 1/30/2016.

the first dude I talked to name was lue he told me they can do the work for 1650.00 and when i got there they said 1800.00 i said hell no so they said ok 1650.00 i asked how long to fix it lue said it will take a week to do the work i said ok. The first week they didn't touch my car I was going there everyday to see if they was working on my car. 2/8/2016 i went up there to long star to see the damage of my motor they said I need another block so I talked to Rafael Sanchez and putting better parts in my in my new block he said ok we can do that I gave them 1300.00 in cash for parts and block and to over night the parts...The parts didn't come over night . they told me my car will be ready on 2/11/2016 i went got the car and it was idleing good just setting there i paid them 1861.00 got in my car and it was making a tapping noise so i call them 5 minutes later and told that boy airarul that the car is tapping he said oh its just the thin oil let everything settle and it will stop tapping so i got home and was loong at my car...next day my car sound like s**t when i started it up to drive it I took it back after having it for 2 days that boy arule said on the 20th bring it back so the man that worked on it can hear the noise now it 2/22/2016 the man said it might be the cam or piston but we can't fix it until Wednesday 2/24/2016 I said ok I bring the car back Wednesday and they didn't touch my car until 2/29/2016 now it's 3/1/2016 now they telling me I need to by some more parts the parts they ordered was bad I told they you ordered those parts I'm not buy s*** Rafael Sanchez told me to come get my car and hung up in my face another week passed my car still not done now it's 2/15/2016 and they doing the same thing telling me it will be ready one then the next day then next week, dallas Texas
