Here is my original comment from several weeks ago: "Awaiting response from 'Matt' 'Mail me anytime from the site.... Matt LF' I have emailed Lootfetch several times since my order asking for a rough eta of my order. I have heard zero from Lootfetch. I am awaiting a response, but by the looks of it, I may be out of luck. I will update when there is a change in status. Disputing the bill with Paypal and credit card company are next on the list if I don't hear from them in the very near future." Several hours after posting this I heard from Matt with apologies and a promise to get things out ASAP. A day later (Saturday) I received a third of my order, with a promise to get the rest by Sunday night. Tuesday I send another email and and was t old he was working on it. My original order date was May 6. On the 14th I received the second third of my order, leaving one item left to be sent. On the 19th I sent an email telling Matt if it was necessary to substitute more crafted bags for the Potions I had ordered. I received the bags plus one extra for my troubles on the 23rd of May completing my order. Their website says 24 to 48 hours for delivery of most crafted items, which is the only real complaint I have at this point. That can be misleading if you are ordering crafted items versus dropped weapons / armor which they state can take longer. I was always polite in my correspondence with "Matt", and he was the same to me in his replies. I will use this service again, but this time knowing it will probably take longer than stated on their website to receive the merchandise. If you don't mind waiting a little AND staying in touch with the company about your order, it can save a lot of in game gold getting some items that would you would be hard pressed to be able to afford or find in game (for me mostly bags for storage). Your mileage may vary.......

This is if you have not yet ordered anything from us. First time customers only please. Spinebreaker is probably just a name used by this matt person, not actually a customer, how is there so many people paying money and getting nothing and this spinebreaker person gets everything on time and when needed, thats bogus dont listen to it. STILL DONT USE THIS SITE IT STILL IS A SCAM!!!

They are perfectly fine. I used them a few times and ran across this comment so decided to post since there seems to be no place to post positive reviews on ROR. They usually take a couple days but I always get my goods or a refund either way. They have a 100% refund guarantee if they can't find something. Either way never had a problem with them. If you want you can always just buy a test item for a few dollars and they will send it to you. Then you know they are for real. So far they are the only site i've found that actually can get items so that is pretty cool... It's actually really impressive some of the sunwell stuff they got for me pre WOTLK. gl with it .. no probs here ! Spinebreaker Horde
