Lord Johns Footwear(LJF)
I recently ordered a pair of shoe in May 21st and I was informed they will be shipped in 10 business days and once shipped they will email me and inform me of the process. However, two weeks when by no email from LJF. So I call and when I call the line was disconnected...so I sent them a e-mail about the situation too. Also, I figure...no big deal...I shop online all the time and they will eventually ship the shoe to me. So...another week went by and no information and called again. When I called LJF on June 12 they informed me that they already have talked to me regarding the delay in shipment. WHICH THEY DID NOT!!! Liars!! So they indicat they will ship the shoe the week of June 12. This is 22days from the time I order these shoes and they charged my credit card on the day I ordered it. This is just bad business practice, so I would think twice about it before using them.
