I wish I read this earlier today, I had a bad feeling going into the office but I also got ripped off by her. I should have done my research but now that I see that I am not the only one I am going to use the 10 day cooling period which anyone has the right to use. So far the census of reports I have read is to contact consumer protection which I will have to do during the week, I will call and try to get my money back tomorrow and will post my discussion and any progress..
