property mangement at its worst. Great house, but many problems and the property manager, Lorrie Barth is slow as hell to geththings done. Shes quicker than a cheetah when she wants to charge fees on late rent. Our fees for 10 days late was ove $ 1,10.00. When I tried to get break down she threatened to have us evicted within 3 days. Lorrie tries very hard to never meet in person. I think she doesnt want peorple to see her face in case you catch on dark street. The previous tenants were not able to renew contract because they called her bad name. She is a scam artist at its best. Dont rent/lease from her you will never get your deposit back
