STOP!!! DO-NOT CONTRACT RE BIZ WITH LORRIE BARTH. Lorrie has 4 records of complaints against her RE LIC. From the git-go she refused to ever meet with us in person. ( weirdo ), and resisted all requests to do walk-throughs as required by our lease contract, insisting that no-need, everything was OK. However everything was not OK.. Upon moving out of our home at the end of our lease Lorrie failed to return our deposit of $2000 within the 30 day window, thus doubling it to $4000 as by law. In an effort to save her a*s, she falsified the check and the letter of accounting. We gave her one year to come clean and pay us the $2000. We're now in civil court for $5000 !!! LORRIE BARTH SHOULD BE STRIPED OF HER RE LIC AND SENT TO TRUCK DRIVING SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lorrie C Barth and Lorrie Barth ( same person ) each with a Ripoff Report has changed her name to Lorrie C Busby and currently sells real estate at Simply Vegas 1780 Horizon Ridge Pkwy # 100 Henderson, NV 89012 and as usual for Lorrie she refuses to post her picture with Simply Vegas because she is going to rip you off and does not want you to know what she looks like ( shes short petiet strait black hair..a little whitch ). Lorrie along with her two brothers owns Silver State Legal in Las Vegas ( a real scumbag outfit ) Along with Rick Shelton ( a big shot RE broker here in Vegas ) serve to protect her as she goes thru life scruing people over. If you have been riped off by Lorrie C Busby, please file a Complaint with the Real Estate Division who will do nothing to prevent her from hurting someone else. Please always remember that you are on your own when renting-buying-or selling RE here in Las Vegas NV. There are many bad actors in RE in this town.You must take all steps to protect your self when dealing with these clowns. Once again. PlEASE... DO NOT DO BIZ WITH LORRIE C BARTH-NOW LORRIE C BUSBY!!! ( Oh Lorrie... did you realy think I wasn't watching you, that I would not find out about the name change to keep clients from finding you on Ripoff report? ) Oh and by the way you owe me $5,000! I noticed your friend and partner in crime Deanna has her picture on Simply Vegas .com. Whats-a-matter Lorrie? You burned two many clients over? Don't want them to recognize you in a dark ally? And whats the deal with Rick? Are you his daughter or just sleeping with him? Really stuck it to Tay! what did that cost her? Lets see now. you curently have 3 complaints on record, 2007-2008-20010-what happend in 2009? Good girl?... or just no opportunites to scru someone over?Daddy Rick has 10 complaints on record.
