 I Had the misfortune of staying at Los Angeles Adventurer All Suite Hotel at LAX! Overall The services offered
are PERFECT. The Staff is HELL. Mean Spirited, Rude, Ghetto, Lies, and Abusive. I sat and listened to Keith the so-called bald headed short manager, make sexual comments to the employees. I watched him change the rules, and I watched him lie. I watched him attack a customer out of the blue after doing nothing about the fact that he screwed up her reservations and tell her he had no rooms yet he was renting rooms to client after clients with no reservations.

I watched his overweight front desk assistant make fun of an elderly woman who's heat, and air condition was not working properly. Yet she sat there and shot the (slang) breeze with another guy. I watched the same Pacific unprofessional Islander, lie on a guest that she overheard having a conversation that worked for the news and say the guest was causing a disturbance when the guest was sitting on her cell phone sharing with her Editors that she was waiting on another hotel.

Keith ADVENTURE  HOTEL UNPROFESSIONAL, LIAR, PERVERT, SEXUAL OVERTONES FLIRTING WITH EMPLOYEES, RACIST, TREATED A CUSTOMER THAT HE DID NOTHINGN TO HELP LIKE s**t, HEARD the customer worked for the media and then proceeded to ask the customer to leave the premises told the customer they could stay to make another reservation then
a fat pig nosed unprofessional south pacific islander girl lies on customer tells CUSTOMER they ARE unprofessional when its them that are unprofessional. poor customer serviced witnessed 3 different people complain and the fat pig nosed disrespectful chic dishonored an old lady that her air condition nor heat was working.

Watched the girl with the long black hair disrespect a client and refused to help her or go the extra mile.

DONOT DONOT STAY AT ADVENURE ON WEST CENTURY BLVD, RACIST KEITH AND HIS RACIST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF ONE GIRL bragged about working there for 13 years that is nothing to brag about! Basically youre a dead end chic! Booked my room
had reservations did not even work to accommodate me or help me at all was really nasty and LIED on me big time! To my face, people lied on me to my face as a client then proceed to tell me that I AM UNPROFESSIONAL!!

When I was staying in the room it was the same FAT chic that hung up on me, he refused to help me with internet, Keith was nasty about check out time and hung up on me as well.

I watched all in one day a skinny single mom with no money talk about how she took her daughter to watch a fairytale show, brag about being a single mom, having no money, talk about candy, and not go the extra mile to help a client named Kendra and blow up on the lady and be nasty to her!

Where do they get these horrible people from? I come from Old school where people are treated with respect and courtesy!

Open Letter to Keith!

When you mess up a person's pre-booked reservations do Nothing to help them, let them use the FREE internet in the lobby to make reservations else where, then have your FAT lazy lying front desk assistant eaves drop on a clients work phone call then come out and attack the client without asking questions or what you can do to help AFTER you inconvenienced the guest then tell the guest she is unprofessional when she is a GUEST NOT a worker Keith! You don't deserve to be a MANAGER!

Los Angeles Adventurer All Suite Hotel at LAX is great Hotel but they need new Staff hands down!
