In June 2009, we booked a vacation for our family at what we believed to be Los Tules Condominiums.  We had stayed there previously on two occasions.  I searched the internet and found what I believed to be there web site.  The website appeared to be legitimate as it had photographs of the grounds which were familiar to us.  In response to my email, I was contacted by Dave, who I now believe to be is David Goldberg.  Apparently, he has operated under Los Tules Real Estate and booked other people at other resorts in Puerto Vallarta, using the same scam. After exchanging several e-mails who sent money for our full reservation through Google Check Out as Dave had requested.  He sent us a confirmation on June 30, 2009.  On January 24, 2010, we attempted to contact Dave to determine where on the condominium grounds our units were located.  The prior web site was no longer there, and attempts to contact him at the telephone number listed on Google Check Out, were unsuccessful.  After some searching, I determined that the legitimate Los Tules was called, Villas del Sol at Los Tules.  I found there telephone number and contacted Jorge the reservation manager, who said that not only did he not receive any money for our reservation, but in fact, he had no reservation for us.  He mentioned that on the day prior to my call, a couple had arrived at Los Tules, having booked a reservation through Dave, and believing that they were staying at Los Tules.  In fact, Jorge had no reservation for them.  David Goldberg and Los Tules Real Estate is a scam.  I called my credit card company and they are currently investigating the matter.

I've spent a lot of money and i was scammed by other companies trying to cancel my timeshare. My advice is that if you're going to hire a company to help you with the problem, DO NOT PAY ANYTHING UPFRONT, because it use to be a fraud. I did a research on internet and i found some interesting articles, i recommend you to read this one:
