I worked at Lotto Magic a few years ago and people need to remember the lottery is still gambling your not always going to have a winning number but I know every month lotto magic's employees stuff envelopes with peoples statement's and checks I have seen these check range from a few dollars to a few thousand dollars. Don't claim that they are a scam unless you know for a fact that you where scammed by them. There are alot of people that do scam and try to use other companies names so maybe call the person who sent you the info or call lotto magic and speak with them directly.

If I still lived in FL I would be happy to work there the owner is a wonderful man and isn't out to scam anyone! Also it may take some time if you actually sent in money for them to find your info and look into it all but there are alot of people out there to get something for nothing and put in false claims to. I am sure if you did actually send in money and contacted them for a refund you would have gotten it or they are researching it.

Casinos are a Worse Ripoff

If your casinos are like the ones in Detroit Michigan you would be losing that $20.00.  Also don'tknow anyone who would even go for 20.00.  If you expect to win anything you would have to play with at least $100-200 dollars.  Personally I would rather spend my money on this program than going to a casino where they give out so many prizes that your chance of winning at craps, slots, etc is very slim

Well there are 7 States that do not offer Lotto and yes Nevada is one of them, However you can be a member of Lotto Magic as a resident of any of them. As a rep with Lotto Magic (www.funlottoclub.com) we do not sell "Lotto Tickets" we offer a membership in a club. Lotto Magic has over 16 years in business. Think about this...refer just 5 friends and teach them to do the same. 5 partners who get 5 partners through just 5 levels....you are now generating over $15,000 in monthly residual income and are playing on over 78,000 lotto and powerball tickets every month...Currently the PowerBall is over $173,000,000.00  how would you like your odds playing on 78k tickets...and if any ticket hits your share is $17.3 million   show me an easier or better way of improving my odds and I'm in...by the way Lotto magic is available to anyone WorldWide .

Just Got This Letter In My Mailbox Yesterday

I just got this so called money making letter/order form in the mail-I promises that the system will work in my City with is located in Nevada.

Everyone knows Nevada doesn't have a Lottery and even if I went to get tickets in Arizona I wouldn't play his system ever.

Quick Picks are the best bet look what the last Mega Millions Jackpot made Millionaires who used quick pick number.

I'd rather waste 20.00 playing craps at my local casino.

I agree with Charlie, especially about "due diligence" and the fact that it can be done.

My name is Whitney and my last post here was about two years ago. I was happy as a member of Lotto Magic then and I'm just as happy with them today.

I joined Lotto Magic in 2005 and marketed via postal mail for the first two years, then in 2007 I registered our Lotto Magic Team domain name, lined up the hosting and assembled the content. It's going on seven (7) years now since I joined. As with anything in life whether your car, clothes or your spouse... if you're not happy with them then you move on. I have not moved on and I'm still with the company. Last month I extended our domain registration to 2015 and pre-paid for an additional three years of hosting fees via Hostmonster. This isn't a gamble for me, I'm not rolling the dice... it's my financial investment for the future based on my financial returns and winnings of the past.

I understand your caution, and requesting testimonials from any company is fine however we all have the right to our privacy. I've been asked if my "contact information" (phone numbers and mailing address) can be released and I have and will always say no - I'm sure most people feel the same way about their privacy as I do. I personally do not want people calling me at home, at work (worse) or sending me letters looking for reassurance. And certainly not for a $25 monthly team player membership that has a 100% company return policy. There just isn't enough time in my hectic day for that.

Back in 2005 it wasn't difficult; I read what was at the Lotto Magic company web site, did my online research, called the company with my questions, they answered my questions then I made my decision.

Sincerely,

Whitney

P.S. Regardless whether it's Lotto Magic or another company I always recommend getting involved with the company marketing program. If you want to do your own thing that's great too, just find what best fits your skills (web site, blog, editorials, word of mouth or post card mailings etc.) and get the word out. With any business online or offline - wishing or hoping will "never" be a viable marketing method!

My wife and I have been involved with Lotto Magic since November 2011 as members. I did my due diligence and found that the company has been in operation for 16 years...they pay out 100% of any and all winnings. If you are going to play the lotto (and millions do every week) there is only one way to really improve your odds...have more tickets. I pay $120 per month, I have referred friends who have done the same. we earn a monthly referral fee on everyone on our team (we are being payed to grow a team) Now  that we have a growing team the club buys tickets for each member. Today I am earning thousands in monthly residual income and have several thousand tickets on my team...every month I have had several winners. If my number comes in I get 50% of the winning ticket. If someone on my team wins I receive 10% of the the winning ticket...Clubs or Pools have been around for as long as the Lotto. It gives you a better chance of winning. The great thing about lotto magic is no matter how big my team gets 1,000  10,000  100,000  or more my share of the pot is never less than 10%. The issue many people have with this or any referral marketing program is that they don't check it out first and get an understanding about what it is they are getting into. Many people will tell you it can't be done. I think about something Henry Ford once said "If you think you can or you think you can't...you are right". contact me with ? at [email protected]  I will be happy to answer your questions.

Where are your contactable company "Testimonials"??

Richard Moore...

Presumably you operate this Lotto Magic business out of a Ft. Walton Beach address in Florida??? I have sent 3 emails to your company (sent from your website) asking for at least 6 contactable "Testimonials / References" who will vouch for your business!!! I have NOT heard anything back from you...WHY??? The BBB very solidly advises people to get REAL Testimonials before you start sending $$$ to strangers!! Besides that - it is just plain "common sense" to do so!! What say you??

As Ronald Reagan famously used to say.... Trust - but VERIFY!!!

I have been a Lotto Magic customer (member) for some time now and I have always found them to be fair and honest. The company has had an excellent reputation for almost 15 years with happy members from all over the world. This is probably the largest and in my experience best Lotto pool out there. The company has always paid 100% and on time and with the club concept has increased my odds of winning...Watch the video on the website it is easier to understand than the pamphlet.

I can not speak to the complaint made by the individual from Minnesota, but I  can say that my understanding of how Lotto Magic work is much different.

I did not read any where on the site that you were promised or guaranteed to win anything.  It was only stated that your chances to win were increased.  Why would anyone believe such a promise or guarantee?

It stated, "you can earn money even if you do not win" in the lotteries.  This statement had reference to the networking side of the opportunity.

I suspect that this individual heard what they wanted to hear, and ignored that they had to build an organization to earn an income separate fro the lotto.

Sound like they expected something for nothing.

This is only my perspective!

I've also earned thousands in commisions.  Just wish my downline were bigger to improve my chances of winning.

It is a fun way to make money and the people who call it a rip off are just to lazy to market.

I had posted an original rebuttal a little over a year ago and just came across it this morning again and thought I'd provide an update. I am over 2 years into this program now and Lotto Magic has been PAYING ME TO PLAY FOR FREE! for quite a while ( at least 1-1/2 years now ) . I have been collecting a monthly commission check and actually was part of a group that hit 5-6 numbers in Dec. 09' in which i received a nice 10% share that came to $352! THat was a nice little Christmas bonus! If you have any kind of marketing experience this really isn't that difficult of a program to sell and one that can get you into profit pretty quickly with as little as 2 signups. However, like a couple of other people previously stated you do have to put a little time into it on your end. THere are plenty of places to advertise for free if you know the internet so you should be able to keep your costs down. Like any MLM operation you will need to advertise so it does come down to you ultimately and how much time you are putting in. Seriously though it's a great program to get involved in but as you are well aware it is the Lottery and nothing is guaranteed! All the best!

I've been with Lotto Magic for many years now and have never had any negative issues with the company or the program and I've been earning very well (monthly) from their program. Like any other real business online or offline you have to put your time and effort into it. Far too many people join a home business income program, to include Lotto Magic, then sit on their butts and expect the money to just start rolling in automatically and free. The first words out of a persons mouth when the thousands don't start arriving is generally "scam" or "pyramid". Many of us go to work each day and we get paid for what we do, for the time we devote, for the effort we put forth so why would it be any different with Lotto Magic, MLM, an online business, affiliate marketing or anything else income related. Like I said... I've done very well because I got involved, invested my time, designed a "Lotto Magic Team" web site and stuck with it for many years now. The original report was written by a person that I feel didn't undestand Lotto Magic to begin with, didn't stay long enough to experience a team lotto win and in the end decided to blame it all on the company.

Lotto Magic Does NOT GUARANTEE INCOME

#14General Comment

Mon, April 12, 2010

Lotto Magic is strictly a Lottery Club-they only offer the OPPORTUNITY to share in 10% of any winning tickets that your team of 8 people have, IF the tickets are WINNERS!  No one can guarantee income from lottery winnings-they do not control the Florida State Lottery.  They do offer also the OPPORTUNITY of income by recruiting other members by sponsoring other people as either "players" or "Team Captains".  Like any other legitimate business in the world, if you do not put forth any effort in marketing and recruiting, you will not be successful, period.  Do not accuse the company of being a scam just because it isn't working for you.  If you do not have any recruitng or sales ability, this is NOT the opportunity for you.  Any MLM is about networking and sales-if you do not want to put forth the effort, DO NOT JOIN.  This company also DOES NOT have a money back guarantee-do you get your money back when you buy a lottery ticket ANYWHERE that DOESN'T have the WINNING numbers?  NO..Your 25.00 per month buys you the opportunity to have a 10% share in 64 or 72 lottery tickets each month that you are a member, that is 8 plays every Wednesday and Saturday, of which there are either 8 or 9 per month, depending on how the weekdays fall.  If you are paying 50.00 per month, you are a "Power Player" and are also getting a 10% share of the 64 or 72 Power Ball tickets played by your team of 8.  The only way they guarantee income is by your own recruiting and retaining members efforts..that is it.

Lotto Magic is 100% Legitimate Company!

Fri, July 10, 2009

I recently celebrated my one year anniversary in the Lotto Magic program after joining in July 2008. I have been playing for Free! in the Florida Lotto for the past 7 months and all the while watching my commission check grow at a steady pace. I will say that my success did not come overnight and if you are expecting to have " Instant Success " or are looking for a " Get Rich Quick Scheme " then this probably isn't for you! However, if you are looking for a part time , on the side business that you can do from home on your computer then this is a nice little program to get involved in. Yes this is an MLM type of program so you are only going to be as successful as what you put in, however if you do put the time in, it really doesn't take that long to get yourself into profit. And if you ever do have a complaint they do have an excellent customer service dept. that you can speak to directly. If you'd like to check out the program and the new video then you can find it at http://www.lottomagic101.blogspot.com and if you have any further questions my e-mail address is on the site. THanks!

Richard, I have a letter stating a 64 year old lady is receiving over $4000 a month until she is supposed to hit the big one which is only supposed to take a few months, even if she never wins. The company will play for her 31,240 tickets each month without her having to leave her home. It also says the company will pay you to do it. All the letter is asking me to do is send $10 for a certificate.

Maybe you should get with Mike Caruana who mails out a pamplet on your company's behalf, that claims you can make money "To Play The Lottery". Discover the only money making system on the planet that can make you a millionaire next month. So, now what's up with that?!

Lotto Magic is legitimate and not a pyramid scheme

#18REBUTTAL Owner of company

Tue, April 22, 2008

In response to the report of Chris of Oronoco, MN: 1. There are no company materials in existence -- either in print or on our website -- that promise a lotto win. Our system of playing the lottery improves your odds of winning lottery prizes, but we could not and do not guarantee any winnings. No one can -- and we don't. 2. Lotto Magic is not a pyramid scheme. Our corporate attorney (who was previously the general counsel for Amway) has made certain that our business practices are in accordance with laws that govern pyramid schemes and ponzi schemes. 3. The money back guarantee for the money that Chris spent to receive our club membership materials is a valid guarantee. Unfortunately, it was our fault that her refund was not mailed when it should have been. Upon learning of her complaint, I personally researched the refund and found that ALL refunds that were requested during the month of September 2007 had never been forwarded from Customer Service to accounting for processing. All of these refunds have now been issued should have been received. To summarize, the only valid complaint that Chris has is that we made a mistake and did not mail her refund check earlier as our materials promise. This was our fault and we have placed new administrative controls on this part of our accounting. All of the other complaints against Lotto Magic are invalid, possibly due to a misunderstanding after reading the materials or not being aware of what constitutes a pyramid scheme.
