Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I went to this site trying to find someone to spend the rest of my life with, he said he was from Altanta, Georgia, his name was John Gradison, he started saying all the right things and he said he went to Nigeria to find some jewels and he didn't have the money to come back home on.  So I was gulliable and I believed him, I didn't have much money and he told me all the debt and I had incurred he was coming back to the states and pay it all off. He told me to find a place to that would loan me some money and send it to him, I did.  The company I went to wanted a loan that was secured so the title to my car was the collectale now I'm having a hard time paying the loan off, so I can get my title back.  He just kept up and wanted me to take out more loans which were payday loans to send to him.  Now since I no longer want any communication from him, on two of the last two loans that I got online that wanted my banking information and I gave it to them.  Now sisnce he played this game with me, I do not hardly have any money this month, just because of him.  I found a place that would pay off all of the payday loans, they had contacted two of payday loan companies and told them not to take any money out of my account and they did, now I'm working with this company to get some of money back.  He lied to me I want to press charges against him later he told me he was in Kenya.  I sent the  money through Money Gram, then I contacted Money Gram and they said I needed to contact the police department and I did but they couldn't do anything about it.

Right now I am being very careful, this is not the first time I have been scammed and even did fraud on my checking account and now I only have one checking account just because of this stupid stuff.   I went in debt around $9000 to $10000. I am giving this case to attorney and see what he can do and try and get some of money back.  Along with my title to my car.

Typical Nigerian Scam. From the FBI

Your online “date” may only be interested in your money if he or she:

  • Presses you to leave the dating website you met through and to communicate using personal e-mail or instant messaging;
  • Professes instant feelings of love;
  • Sends you a photograph of himself or herself that looks like something from a glamour magazine;
  • Claims to be from the U.S. and is traveling or working overseas;
  • Makes plans to visit you but is then unable to do so because of a tragic event; or
  • Asks for money for a variety of reasons (travel, medical emergencies, hotel bills, hospitals bills for child or other relative, visas or other official documents, losses from a financial setback or crime victimization.

Your money is gone period! No Attorney in the world will get your money back - sorry.
