AFTER NOT HAVING CALLS RETURNED OVER A WEEK , I EMAILED FOR A APPOINTMENT , SHE WAS RUDE BUT I STILL PROCEEDED AND SCHEDULED A APPOINTMENT WITH , THEN 2 DAYS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT SHE EMAILED ME TO SAY SHE NEEDED TO RESCHEDULE, SO I RESPONDED  WITH IF I KNEW IT WOULD HAVE BEEN THIS HARD I WOULD HAVE TAKEN MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE....... THEN SHE SENT BACK THIS LONG EMAIL THAT I WAS NOT LOOKING FOR ITS SO SAD TO READ ALL THIS WHEN I AM A POTENTIAL CLIENT

To answer your question in the other email, yes, there is still space and you can let me know if you want to be there. 
 
Now, in regards to your statement below that had you known it was going to be difficult to schedule, I feel that you are definitely not being fair here.  I don't know when you purchased your voucher, whether it be in the January ad or from the one we did almost 2 months ago, either way, when you did contact us we immediately got you on an orientation list.  On top of that, just in case you did purchase your voucher in January, which I'm not sure about, either way, regardless, we were very kind in extending everyone's voucher expiration date and believe me, there were LOTS of people contacting us even for the very first time within 2-3 days of expiration.  A few of them even called the
SAME DAY of expiration, and one of those persons in particular called at 5:30 P.M. to say her voucher was expiring that day and wanted an appt.  We very CLEARLY informed you and everyone else (in writing) on the voucher that a seminar
(orientation) was required prior to the colonic itself.  This should have let you know that there was a process for scheduling this clinical treatment.

After all, it is not like scheduling a simple manicure or massage, an unfair comparison.  And if this is your first time getting a colonic, all the more reason for the orientation; however, even if you've had them before, you need to attend this orientation.  With years & years of experience, you must know that there is good reason for everything that we do.
 
And may I inform you that no other colonic place in this entire metroplex will be kind & caring enough to do an orientation ahead of time just so that you can be fully prepared, have the opportunity to come in and see the environment, meet your therapist, have the process explained, get further information as to how we can help you achieve optimal health (not just doing a "colonic" and that's it, just to get a buck or two, but truly caring for your overall wellbeing), and then your being able to ask any questions that you may have.  Keep in mind that doing an orientation takes up our time, prevents our paying clients and long term clients of 2 decades from being able to schedule during this time, for colonics or any other type of service (massages, skin care, etc).  This is because we dedicate our entire spa towards a group
orientation at the time.  We don't get paid and it is an actual expense for us - it costs us to run the building and the colon therapist who stays very busy, does not get paid during this time.  Yet we do this because unlike any other
place, we truly care about our clients and want the very best for them, the best results as well as the least of discomfort.  This is something that most people would appreciate.  Somehow you seem to be comparing this to just a simple beauty treatment when it's an invasive clinical procedure that requires much skill and knowledge of health as
we work to assist our clients with lifestyle change, helping them to achieve & maintain better health through natural means. 
 
We also do not put one person ahead of another but we are fair and take people in order.  We prefer to not treat people like they are just a number, so we work with them in a very customized manner, assisting them wherever help is needed.  And boy, have we done all kinds of things to help people that NOONE does for free, IF AT ALL!!!  Sometimes we
work with people who have very serious health issues, many times the doctors having given up on them or people who choose holistic health.  We've worked with many people who have recovered from all kinds of maladies.  We will do no less for you.  So I hope that you can empathize not only for those very sick people but also with us as we treat people
like human beings and not numbers, all in the name of a dollar.  Money is NOT our first priority, you know.  And if you had or do decide to go elsewhere, then let me inform you that our spa specializes in holistic health and after 20 years, we have at least as much or MORE experience in colon therapy and other detox services than any other place in this metroplex.  So you need to consider the type of hands you're in.  Have you not heard the saying that good things come to those who wait?  You just never know how we may be able to assist you or what you might gain from us.  I have to say that your comment is very offensive.  We have not been rude to you and, in fact, as I recall, I even gave you the headsup early on, just out of courtesy, letting you know that tomorrow's orientation may not make, that for sure, Thursday's would.  I thought we had this understanding that if it did not make, you would just simply attend that one.  So if you understood this, why would you say something so ugly such as this?  Again, no one here has been rude to you.  So I would kindly ask for more of your patience & understanding, along with some positivity sent this way.  Life is too short to become so unglued, especially in the quick of a moment.  Finally, trust that we will take good care of
you and that things happen when they are supposed to.
