feel Keith if someone took all her little things from Bed Bath and Beyond from her friends in Boca and
hid them in a storage unit.. You are sick and a sad excuse for a company.

I will never understand how if people have problems with companies from the start why they continue to go with them. It Yolanda was so awful why someone would stay with the company. Customers have the right to back out at any time if something just doesnt seam right. I also dont understand why someone would fly to Tampa to get there stuff, when there is a moving company who will take it to your new place? I dont really believe anything that is said in this report, and I think it is just someone trying to bash the company.
