Take a gander at the public records. Not one of the listed officials is listed on the website. In fact, there are only 2 women who will contact you. Amy Fabri (from what I can find bc shes a ghost after getting blasted in District 9) is a small town politician who means well but is obviously using the sympathy card when it comes to saving Labradors. The only public records she provides is from the Post and Courier Paper which has all her contact and personal information. She is involved in so many activities that I dont see how she can find time for any Labrador. She is a person that means well but thinks she can conquer the world by herself.  She will question you but is such a coward that she refers you to other people to answer your questions. What a typlical politician. No one on this site has any listed experience with Labradors. The only Fiscal statement you can find is from December 2009. They care more about keeping dogs in foster care than finding a real home just to cover their own butts. DO NOT sign up thinking you can help in a variety of ways. Amy will be extremely rude because she cares more about making the orginization looking good than finding Labradors a home. No one in this orginization has ever been a certified Labrador handler. These are the same people that condem you for letting your lab go in frosty winter water because they think it is animal cruelty yet that is what they are bred to do. If you see alot of marks on the ceiling around James Island, its probably because Amy Fabri has her nose stuck up in the air to everyone. Hell is reserved for those that use innocent loving animals as a means to their ends.

I have been acquainted with LowCountry Lab Rescue for many years. All volunteers for this group do the best for these dogs. No, they are not professionals. Yes, they care about rescuing dogs from being put down. They are very noticable in the community and participate in adoption events with great success. They are well respected.

Not sure where this rant comes from but if you were offended by anyone, get over it.
