Lowes Home Improvement Ripoff Caused damage while delivering Carson City Nevada
I ordered two new sets of french doors through lowes. They sent 2 delivery drivers who were unable to carry the doors. They set the doors down in the dirt and then made their way to my new weather best deck. They then in their infinite wisdom decided that since they could not carry the doors set them on my deck and slid them across it. They damage 16 boards with gouges and scratches. If anyone is familiar with the weather best product you know it is the best and very expensive. It can not be sanded. They have refused to correct the problem at all. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well and Lowes response was that they sanded my deck and have corrected the problem.
Large companies should not be able to Lie to these companies that are inplace to protect and help the consumer. My next step will be Small Claims Court.
