Lowes & Levelor Blinds ripoff gift card rebate scam Gastonia North Carolina
Lowes and Levlor blinds run an ad saying if you bought $125.00 worth of blinds that lowes would send a $25 gift card to you. On August 20th,2004 I sent in ALL required paperwork within the proper time frame. As of 11/17/04 when I check it online it says its in processing. I have sent several E-mails to no avail.
