I ordered carpet from Lowe's to replace the old one in my house. I signed the contract on April 24 2013. The installation work was finished on May 18 2013. The carpet started to fuzz immediately after installation with usual/normal vacuum cleaning. Now more vacuum cleaning - more fuzzing.
I filed the claim. The carpet inspector visited my house and submitted the report.
My claim was declined due to "animproperly adjusted vacuum cleaner" according to the carpet inspection report.
I strongly disagree with this statement. What I can see after one month, the quality of this carpet is very low.
