LOWPRICESFORYOU AKA ARL ENTERTAINMENT INC IT'S IN THE MAIL WARREN Rhode Island
On 3/31/08 i placed an order with lowpricesforyou for 250 dvd's to ship to the caribbean for resale, after waiting for 18 days and not recieving my order i contacted the company by e-mail.
I got an e-mail reply telling me that the order was in the hands of the post office and it's on it's way to me right now. I went to the post office to try and track the shipment only to find out that the postal service was electronically notified by the shipper on april 1, 2008 to expect my shipment for mailing.
On april 19, 2008 i contacted the company again,by e-mail to inform them that the postal service has no record of the shipment being recieved for delivery.
There is on way you can speak to anyone at that company .you have to leave a message, i also left a phone number where i can be reached at anytime and to let them know if they don't have the goods to deliver cancel the order and refund my money.
I recieved another e-mail with the same stuff about media mail and delivery confirmation number through STAMPS.COM
I did some research on the internet about ARL entertainment because that is the company that show up on my credit card statement and i am still waiting .

After waiting 22 days i finally got my order, i also learned from the post office that companys that is using the USPS GROUND METHOD FOR SHIPPING is very slow and you should wait at least 30 days before you start to panic.

After waiting for 22 days i got my order, i went back to the post office and was advised that if i have to do business with companys that use that method for shipping i just have to wait at least 30 days for your shipment. all's well that end's well good luck, CARL.

I finally recieve my order after 22 days and i am very satisifed with the merchandise and the condition it's in, i guess i was a little worried because i did not have a tracking number to know the status of the delivery. after speaking to a manager at the post office i was told their shipping method is very SLOW, so when you buy from lowpricesforyou.com just accept the fact that you have a very long wait before you get your delivery.
