Loyal Locksmith, Run Local Locksmith, loyal-locksmith.com DEFECTIVE WORKMANSHIP, SHADY TECH, REFUND STILL DUE Denver Colorado
We contracted with this company to change locks. We were charged $295 on 7/29/13 and the workmanship was defective. The locks didn't work, the tech damaged the door (broke the wood)....shoddy, shoddy work. Not professional.
After dealing with their customer service dept numerous times, we tried to get another tech out to the house. The 2nd tech was horrible. He was sleazy and asked for money underhandedly for gas for his vehicle. Instead of coming to repair the original job, he wanted to get paid more money and started harassing/verbal abuse. Long story short, we asked him to vacate our premises because of his screaming and unprofessionalism.
After 25-30 calls to Loyal Locksmith/Run Local Locksmith, we were promised a refund of $147.50,which we have never received. It has been the most frustrating experience dealing with the company-- emails and phone messages go unanswered. Their so-called Claim Dept has a message saying mailbox is full. We have names of several supervisors (Mr. Juan Tolbert, Wendy, Darnell, Daniel, Jenay)...everyone passes the buck to someone else.
I signed a release for payment of my refund on 8/21/13 and yet to receive refund. The company keeps changing their name and telephone numbers. I literally have 10+ phone number to this company. My last correspondence was from Wendy and was promised a refund. Still have not gotten it.
Do not use this company as there are complaints with the BBB and Yelp ratings are horrible. Lots of unhappy customers. Shoddy work. Customer service is non-existent. They ask for cash or debit card payment because you have no way of protecting yourself once they overcharge you.
