Top ten signs you are involved with Cydcor, Granton Marketing, Innovage, or The Smart Circle:
#10: You've been employed by your company for four months . . . and the company has changed it's name three times
# 9: You tell relatives and new acquaintances you are working on an 'advertising campaign' . . . but you really sell stuff door-to-door
# 8: You produce over $200 worth of sales . . . but only get about $70 of that for yourself because the pyramid gods yank the rest before it gets to your check.
# 7: Your 'management training' involves buying lunch for interviews that you'll never see again out of your own pocket . . . and you're not actually a manager, or doing any management training.
# 6: You look down on '9 to 5 schmucks' . . . who have secretaries that make more than you and your boss combined.
# 5: You espouse the principles & theories of the most successful people on Earth . . . who would be absolutely repulsed by the business you're in.
# 4: You work 75 hours a week . . . but still quietly bum money from your 16 year-old neighbor that works at McDonalds
# 3: You eat fast food more than 10 times / week . . . or cant afford to eat
# 2: You live in a one-bedroom apartment with 10 other co-workers . . . and your boss is one of them. and the number one sign you are involved with Cydcor, Granton, Innovage, The Smart Circle . . .
# 1: You work for a company that has in just 26 years employed 3 million people . . . and only the original employees are able to support themselves with money they make there.

this company is a total scam. Stay away. You walk door to door selling office supplies cold calling. these are tiny sales and since you are working off 100% commission you will be lucky to make $50 a day. Its is horrible how these people pray on young kids out of college, tell them that they will be making 100K in a year which is a complete lie. THey dont pay for anything. They dont pay for your gas even though you drive around all day long in your own car. For a 2nd interview I had to ride around with the an "account manager" all day long. The account manager told me that he was personally buying me lunch. I said "the company doesnt pay for the interviews lunch" The account manger said "no" but when I bring you into this company I will be one step closer to my promtion so its worth it to me. TOTAL PYRAMID SCHEME.
MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE IS TO STAY AWAY. I researched and they use to be called the Lupine Group. When I went on my interview I asked HR why they changed their name and she respnded with "you will have to ask the presiden that question. the HR department is designed to answers question like this in normal companies... but she refused to answer. SO SHADY!!!!
