Dell is a classic scam artist, he has the whole speel, complete with phony referance and industry knowledge.Dell contacts you thru a craiglist add or some similar site, offering his service as a telemarketing guru in the Roofing business. He may scam other industries also.
Dell comes off confident and knowledgable, you will soon find that beavior more sociopathic if your relationship continues. LSI out of Norwego Michigan sounds legit enough, until you actually transfer money to him. From that point on it is more and more adveserial as he promises his performance then doen not deliver.
His excuses will include, that you should have known ther were not enough phone numbers in the zip code area's you provide. You cannot expect him to call to set appointments when rain is perdicted in your town. We are talking a week at a time. In JUne 2013. Dell will then promise to load you up on appointments, then he does not, then he will accuse you of not running the appointments that he doe provide. then he will claim you did not give any feedback on the leads even though you call and email back daily. The list of excuses will continue untill the 30 day period is over, then the reasons for not refunding your money as per contract will begin.
I could go on for pages however this is his MO. and he is good at it Very good.
