LT Cargo TM Transport Crooked Deceiving Liars Misinformed Cheaters Law breakers Alsip, Illinois
Truck driver for 18 years signed up with Lt Cargo for otr driving was promised a weekly paycheck then after one week was informed that my first paycheck would be in three weeks and I'd get paid for first week then they'd hold other two. As the weeks went on money was being witheld out of my checks without them notifing me and when asked about it after receiving check no good explanation was given several checks were even in the negative.
Over time ran into other former drivers that had the same problems but didn't know how to go about getting their money. I was discriminated against and found out that they hire illegal immigraints which isn't fair or right. They also break numerous DOT laws and regulations. As of date they owe me several thousand dollars for unpaid miles. Owner told me he can run his business the way he wants regardless of the law.

I am currently employed with lt cargo and have also expirienced what you are mentioning in your report. I have information that can possibly shut them down but would like the have more ex employees to open a solid case. Please respond

The owner cares about only himself. He rips off every driver of his own hard earned money being otr.the owner will cheat driver of miles. Make the driver pay out of pocket for things promising he will pay them back but never pays you back. Checks are always cheated. He also hires illegal immigrants who speak no English. He hires people every day so he doesnt care if you are unhappy with your dishonest check. The owner is a disgusting unprofessional human being. He is a pee-on.He also changed his company name from tm transport to lt cargo to stay under the rradar. The man is coward for what he does. He treats people like garbage just like himself he is garbage.
