LTS Management say a pre-litigation action has been filed against me in the amount of $1,450.00 & I have 30 days to respond Plantation Florida
Today (October 10, 2015), I received correspondence from a company called "SAR & ASSOCIATES".
In the letter, which is dated October 15, 2015, they have the last four digits of my SS#. The letter says $1,450 is past due.
They say my account was recently turned over to them, for process as a pre-litigation action. They go on to say "Failure to contact us within 30 days may result in legal action against you. We encourage you to call our office as soon as possible to take advantage of flexible payment plans to help you settle this outstanding debt."
There is no email address on this letter. There is not a person's name, either. The dollar amount is shown as $1,450 also; I think most companies use the decimal point and cents (.00) even if the amount due is zero.
I am going to see if I can find out anything about them.
