LTT Gourmet Foods, Inc Don't get duped by LTT, great food at discount prices - what a joke. Ripoff Chatsworth California
We listened to Scott Hoover's schpeel about how great LTT's food was and signed up for the service and recieved our first order and freezer. Scott was a very good salesman and although we signed paper work with dollar figures it was not explained that we were paying $2200 for a freezer that we could have bought for less than $500.
We continued to use LTT and after 2 months Scott came back and we went through the food order again and then he proposed some other items we could purchase. By purchasing these items we were told our bill wont go up much because we became a higher level customer giving us 50% off the food instead of 20% off - great deal right? No way! We recieved a $700 barbeque less the accessories we were told came with it and come to find out that the small increase in our food bill added up to a $4000 barbeque.
I contacted LTT and was told we would recieve our accessories (which we never did) and that we had no recourse regarding the amount of the barbeque because we signed paperwork that had the amount on it. We feel decieved and stupid for letting them take advantage of us like that.
