Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I typically do not order from internet but because they were from a well known celebrity, I wanted to give it a chance and only small fee invovled for the 30 day trial on two advertisement for facial skin creams, eye serum creams developed by Sally Fields and used by multiple celebrities and how their skin looked so amazing and discribed as a miracle formula  for a 30 day trial period with no mention, or a place to check a box for autoshipping on the order form.

So,using my debit card, and just paying small fee under $5 and small shipping fee under $5 on two seperate sites but under seperate product names, with same celebrities, so I wanted to compare both products for the 30 day trial each and the small fee and shipping, I gave it a go, especially since it was 100% money back gaurantee.

Now, less than or right at two weeks from original order date, my checking account was charged multiple charges for, $98.41, $84.97, $89.94, $97.41...in addition, the names of the companys that made the charges are not the same as the name of the products that I had ordered.

I will be calling the numbers on my acct they gave, and hopefully I will get the unauthorized automatic payments stopped. If not and numbers are scam, I will need help!

I was able to get through to the customer service after calling, being put on hold, then told their system was down and they would call me back in several minutes, which they did not, so I began to call all the custermor service numbers I could find, taking well over an hour and half, and finally got through. I explained that on the first website, I only saw the initial free trial, pay small $2.99 plus s/h fee for the 30 day supply of the products...NO where did I see, after 14 DAYS, would I automatically be enrolled and charged monthly $98.41, $89.71, $84.97, $89.87 seperately for each product, that I did NOT sign up for or enroll in an automatic monthly product and especially authorize my acct to be charged monthly!

I believed that if after the 30 day supply of the product was trialed, I could have the option (my choice) to enroll in a automatic monthly program if I saw the results of the product did what it said it would do for my skin, eyes and, that I knew how much the costs would be etc. 14 DAYS for a 30 day supply is no where near time enough to see results. I had actually only used it 14 days and could not tell any difference and was hoping the last 14 days would make the difference. I didnt get that chance or choice; unless I wanted to pay almost $400 a month on facial cream and eye serum that is! NOT!! Never ever would I have agreed to such!!

I was told if I had read the small print of the terms of agreement it would have shown in there some where of the 14 day trial period of a 30 day supply, plus how much each product seperately would cost on an automatic deduction from my checking each month. I explained that those very important facts should be on the initial wedsite with the free trial and that I would have never ordered something with those important details being stuck somewhere obscurely in the terms of agreement section and would never had agreed to that kind of terms if it had been upfront!!

My overesite is that I failed to realize that those very, very important issues would be in that small print that takes a long time to read and look through, and I would never recommend to anyone to take a chance on free trials of any kind unless they knew to read ALL the fine print of terms and agreement no matter how long it takes to get through it all!

To some degree fortunately, I was able to cancel any further automatic withdraws from my acct, I was issued a 50% refund on several of the charges and even though I paid the small fees and s/h of a free trial..., to get 50% back on one of the other $89.71 charge, I will have to send back the free trial product, and frankly glad to do so!

The important information, like how long a trial period is, or the monthly costs, or if you can automatically be enrolled in a program without having authorized it by checking a seperate and specific box  for each one of these, needs to be upfront and on the home page of the advertisement and should not be allowed to be put in such an obscure place as the fine print and long read as the "terms and agreement"! Just as I learned very hard, be careful, read EVERYTHING!
