Luca Financial Express rip off 249.00 for eight months of lies and heartache for nothing but the inability to even contact them now Kansas City Missouri
I, like everyone else, was called by luca financial in December of 2002. They had origionally promised me my card in a week at the most. They also had told me that they couldn't debit my account until they called for approval to debit my account.
It seemed like a great offer and at just the right time. My daughter was scheduled to have foot surgery in January and they promised to have the card here before then. I had to take about two months off of work when she had surgery and anymore, you can't raise a child let alone a 9 month old on one income hardly at all.
I have read through alot of the reports and have decided to take legal action against Luca Financial. I am hoping that I will be able to get enough people to file a class action suit. I do encourage anyone who is interested to please e-mail me and I will be happy to include you. I am going to see my attorney tomorrow and I will get results.

This is a scam originating out of Canada, you need to call PhoneBusters at 888-495-8501, and file a complaint with the FTC, at www.ftc.gov
