Luca Financial ripoff New York New York
In December I received a call from Luca Financial offering me a $2000 dollar credit card at 0 percent interest for a $249 withdrawal from my checking or savings account. I agreed and have yet to receive the card it is now May 2, 2003.
I have called them on several occasions and almost always get a man named Jeffrey. I have advised them that it is illegal in the state of Michigan to offer a service for a set amount of money and not deliver. That I would persue the necessary avenues to get my money back or put them in jail if necessary. They assured me that my card would be in my mail withing 11 business days. That was a month ago. I have every intention of persuing this till I either get my money back or I see someone in jail.
