Lucas Marc Academy Emily, Shantae bullied out of employment Richland Washington
Lucas Marc is by far the worst employer I've ever had. Not only are the front desk staff rude, but the management isn't any better. Upon my employment, the front desk girl would continously state how much she and "the boss" Emily, would drink together. Because of her statements, i found it very difficult to go to my employer about how much, said girl (Shantae), was a nasty bully. I was ignored during training, because this woman could not put down her iphone, despite the sign that stated we were not to have phones at the desk, and despite the warnings (and a wink) by the boss. My associate had raised her voice to me in front of customers in the lobby (on more than one occasion), down graded me, did NOT want to train me, and therefore I was learning everything on my own. Management did nothing to correct this issue. Today, I tried to call in to change my address so I could receive my W2. Upon giving the receptionist my name, I heard a voice in the background say, "hang up!" ... he said he was going to transfer me to voicemail, but of course, he hung up. When i called again, Shantae answered the phone. When i gave my name once again, she said she was going to try and get the number for HR for me, and I was just forwarded to a random voice mail with no warning. This is the WORST...I was bullied out of my job, nothing was done about the abuse, and now I can't even make sure I get my W2 for the IRS.
