lucent whites deceptive adversting and rip off Internet
I was deceived by the lure of something free and gave them my credit card number in order to order the trial product for only about $3. I admit I didn't read the fine print, nor did I check for other rip off reports on this site. When the package came I thought nothing of it, in fact I din't even use it because it came with no instructions nor did it tell you what was in the product.
Was I surprized to open my credit card bill and find that I had two chrages for $88.98. When I contacted the company I was informed that I had subscribed to a teeth whitening program that would automatically send me a package every month and charge my credit card.
Through several email contacts (they won't talk to you on the phone) I finally got a RMA number to return the product. Of course they denied ever receiving the product, although I sent it certified mail. At the time of this writing I am still trying to figure out how to get my money refunded.
