Lugo Hair Centre Refund of Money paid for ordering jeri curls hair extension Brooklyn New York
I placed an order in November 2014 for jeri curl hair extensions and made my payment into Jose Lugos account on 27th November 2014, the sales representative confirmed receipt of the funds to my email address for the sum of $1675.00.
she pomised to deliver btw 2-3weeks to my address in london, i sent several reminders an also called her on their numbers (which do not go through any longer) she confirmed there were internal delays and promised to deliver. by 24th Dec, 2014 still no response, i called an spoke to one giovanni lugo and he promised to dleiver by January 2015 he confirmed my order was impossible to deliver as they had issues, at this point i requested for an immediate refund, he promised in 7 days, as at today i have not received a dime. each time i send a mail to remind them all i get are empty promises and the fact the company has internal issues which they are resolving.
i have been patient enough and my business has suffered enough loss due to this "lingering rip-off"
i want my money refunded within the shortest possible time.
