Complaint Review: Luis Antonio Acosta Jr. - Port Richey Florida

I must say to Laura that obviously she does not understand much about childsupport and supporting a kid. How you as a child who had a deadbeat parent could you talk such crap. I have a child and struggle to raise her on my own. Her dad is court ordered to pay support but like Luis when he wants and feels like it. Do you honestly think we get so much money to live off of girl? Are you smoking crack or what? Don't talk s**t about us getting pregnant what about your mother why did she not use birth control? Alot of single mothers were married mothers. Think before you speak

Laura I was the one dating Luis in a serious relationship until I found out he was sleeping with a h*o named Irene who was also sleeping with his then married boss. I broke off the relationship and when I found out I was pregnant I told Luis but did not take him back. Secondly, I raised my son on my own, without the help of public assistance or goverment aid. I put myself through college and have a good paying job. My motivation for taking Luis to court is this: my son deserves to be supported by his father just like his other kids are. My son was his first born and why should he not pay support. His little money he is ordered to pay goes directly to my son to do as he pleases. The last payment Luis made of 100.00 my son went and brought Backstreet Boys concert tickets. My husband is who my son calls dad not Luis. He made his own bed with lies and must live with it. As for Irene she knew what he was and got what she deserved.

There can be no doubt that this 'man' is totally irresponsible, but ladies, what were you thinking?! This 'man' was clearly a 'h*o' and each of you should have been practicing "safe sex" or "no sex" at all. Why would you have a child by a man who clearly would not be there to support it or you either financially or emotionally? Unless, perhaps you were motivated by money, hmmmm. My father was a deadbeat dad, long before the term was popular. However, my mother was a self-sufficient woman who refused to put herself through the drama. She struggled and raised me, by herself, without the aid of welfare or leaning on other people. Ladies, you made a choice to lay down with this dog, stop complaining because you got fleas. In fact, be grateful that all you got were fleas.

Thank you Jennifer for seeing what a low life Luis is. Your right what comes around goes around and Luis will pay in court for his actions. If he claims he can't afford to pay support for his first born child with me then he should have kept his zipper zipped and not went on to make three more kids with two different women. He is just like his father a loser and abuser but now he is getting his. thanks again.

Luis A. Acosta Jr. is a liar and a p***y. He lied to the child support court and now I got proof of his lies and off to jail he will go. See dumbass what you did not know is that child support has your ss# and they ran it through their system checked Florida for unemployment records and guess what they found? You are not on unemployment and your not working. Seems to them you got a settlement for your injuries at work and now yourlies have been revealed. Hmm, wonder what the judge will say when he sees this, was it not you that was informed what would happen if you committed perjury. Guess you really want to get away from your warden you call wife and go to jail. Well see it this way at least in jail you can't get anybody pregnant and when you get out you won't want women anymore so you won't have to worry about making babies you don't take care of.
