They purposely lied about the moisture level in my subfloor to avoid providing the 100 year warranty by Bellawood flooring. I took several steps to alleviate the perceived problem only to discover that they never intended to stand behind there products. I purchased a premium moisture meter that showed that there installer was fabricating there moisture readings to try to get me to agree to void my waranty. They refunded the prepaid installation fee, but refused to make things right
