lumberton honda fraudulant transaction, sell inspected cars that can't pass lumberton, North Carolina

My daughter went to buy a car...they told her she would need a co-signer because she was 18 and didn't have any credit. We co-signed for her through the mail as we live over 800 miles away. we conducted the transaction through fed-ex. once the sale was complete we recieved the first payment voucher. My daughter was not the original borrower we were. which was not the intentions.
the intentions were we would co-sign for her. When we signed the papers everything we signed said co-borrower. not borrower. Also they told her that was the only car they could get her in...the car was a 2011 chevy aveo. when we went to visit her about 3 weeks later her front tires were completely bald and yes i took pictures. they also inpected the car that would not pass north carolina safety inspection.
