I experienced the same problem with this company.  I called to resolve the problem and was told that I needed to cancel within a certain time frame.  They told me I could send the product back and once confirmed that they received it, I would get refunded the $93.95.  I called back to check on the status and they claim they haven't recieved the product back, yet it had already been a month.  I sent the product back through USPS and have confirmation that they received it but since USPS didn't shipped it the way I asked them too and the way Global Fulfillment requested with a tracking number (which I have except not the tracking number you can find on the USPS website), they said I would have to give them up to another month for the warehouse to find the package and log it as received before they will issue me a refund.  Because of how upset I was about this, they did go ahead and refund me $45.00 that day. It's been 3 months now and I still have not received the rest of my refund.  I've been trying get ahold of them but they pick up and say they are experiencing technical difficulties and hang up.  I will continue to reach them for the rest of my refund and let you know if ever I get this resolved.
