Luminary Skin Care San Diego, California CHarged me almost $200.00 for creams that were supposed to be a FREE sample. San Diego California
I read the complete offer and there was nothing indicating I was signing up for a subscription for this product. I spoke to one representative and he said I could return it for a COMPLETE refund. However, I spoke to another respresentative and he said they would not accept returns. He offered to take 75% off my order which is not even 1/2 of the total charge!
They did credit my account with $70.19 which is about one-half of the 75% refund. I really want my entire total refunded as the ad that I answered was misinformative!
